What this is

Pululahua is a reserva geobotánica — a legally designated protected area in Ecuador, covering about 35 km², established in 1966. Administered at the nacional level. What is permitted inside depends on the category — strict reserves allow almost nothing, national forests and extractive reserves allow managed use — so a detection here is a reason to look, not a verdict.
