North Coronie

What this is

North Coronie is a multiple use management area — a legally designated protected area in Suriname, covering about 751 km², established in 2001. Administered at the nacional level. What is permitted inside depends on the category — strict reserves allow almost nothing, national forests and extractive reserves allow managed use — so a detection here is a reason to look, not a verdict.
