What this is

Caura is a parque nacional — a legally designated protected area in Venezuela, covering about 75,954 km², established in 2017. Administered at the nacional level. What is permitted inside depends on the category — strict reserves allow almost nothing, national forests and extractive reserves allow managed use — so a detection here is a reason to look, not a verdict.
